Miki’s Background

Miki Lok Yee Sheir had a passion for beauty at a young age. She started in the beauty industry with skincare brand Nuskin. Miki learned in depth skin anatomy and skin care as she worked for Nuskin, understanding how each layers of skin works along with fueling her passion to make people more beautiful.

As she grew older, she went into data entry still with a longing to be in the beauty industry full time. She first got her brows done in Korea back in 2017 and thought she would love to try her hand at microblading.

In a year, her brows started to fade, and she thought to try a studio in Vancouver. After she got her brows done, she found that she was unsatisfied with the workstyle=”margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 1, this further fueled her motivation to be in the industry, making sure to give proper shape to each client.

Miki started to search for a Trainer’s work she likes, finding Master Trainer Nancy Jun Liang. Under Master Nancy’s training, she is able to determine the shape while following each client’s natural hairs to build a pair of full and natural brows.
