Booking Policies

We are committed to providing our clients with the best availability at the time of booking. These policies are in place so that clients that wish to be on a waiting list for an earlier spot can be contacted. We want to make sure everyone is being treated fairly including our Artists. We respect your busy schedule and would like to kindly ask that you respect ours.

1. All initial bookings will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the spot. This deposit will be credited towards the total payment of your session.

2. Reschedule: After booking, if  reschedule notice is not given 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. Within 72 hours of appointment time, to re-book a $50 re-booking fee will be charged.
3. Late: Most of our Artists have more than one session a day. To ensure that a client’s lateness does not affect the next client, more than 30 minutes late will be considered an automatic cancellation. 
4. Before Procedure Preparation: To ensure that we can go ahead with the procedure on appointment day, please read Before Procedure Page.  If client does not follow before procedure practice, such as not drinking alcohol 24 hours before appointment, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and Reschedule policy will apply. Our artists take pride in their work. We are very strict with our preparations for that reason. This is a procedure that will go on a person’s face. We want to take all precautions to ensure best result.
