Microblading Service:
Microblading is a manual skill of semi-permanent eyebrow drawing. Shape of the eyebrows are calculated according to the golden intersection (phi 1.618) and face morphology.
The pigment is applied into the surface layer of the dermis using sterilized tools.
The pigment is chosen so to match the natural hair or eyebrows’ colour. After the healing, the colour may become several hues lighter that the natural hairs’ colour.
Microblading Full Session
The procedure usually takes between 2 to 3 hours with numbing optional.
- Numbing & Orientation – All clients will be numbed by numbing cream. Numbing takes about 30 mins to take affect. During this time, your artist will be getting to know what you are looking for and a consent will be signed. (30 minutes)
- Shaping – Using a wax pencil and ruler, your Artist will draw the outline of the intended shape. We also use an application to determine symmetry, to ensure that both eyebrows match and are symmetrical. (15 – 30 minutes)
- Procedure – When numbing has taken effect, the procedure begins. (1 – 2 hours)
- During the procedure, we will continue to apply numbing and this will not affect retention, for open skin numbing takes effect immediately.
- Symmetry Check – This is when you get to see your finished brows, as we do a symmetry check from different angles to ensure both eyebrows are even. (15 minutes)
- Aftercare Instructions – We go over after care instructions on what to avoid and what to do during the next 7 to 10 days. (5 to 10 minutes)
We have tailored our procedure time for symmetry and client care. Our Artists can do it within an hour without the checks and numbing. But we find that with these checks, it ensures the best result and you leaving our studio happy with your eyebrows.
Microblading Annual Touch-up Session
Microblading Annual Touch – Up Session is meant for clients who wish to have a touch up within 12 months of the initial session. The criteria for annual pricing is that the strokes and shape are still visible and that you do not wish to change the shape.
The procedure usually takes between 1 to 1.5 hours with numbing optional.
- Orientation – This includes a check of existing eyebrow shape and stroke visibility. If we were your original artist no consent form needs to be signed, but if not, then consent form needs to be filled out. (15 minutes)
- Numbing – We apply numbing cream to the eyebrow area to keep you comfortable during the procedure. (30 minutes)
- Procedure – After numbing takes effect, the procedure begins. (30 – 45 minutes)
- During procedure, we will continue to apply numbing and this will not affect retention, for open skin numbing takes effect immediately.
